windows 7 software question?

What are the differences in these to win 7 packages? Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit English 1-Pack - Operating Systems Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Full Thanks for any help booger |

One is OEM and has to be (in theory) purchased with hardware. The other is retail.
