Event 41

The last problem I have been having with my new PC is that it will randomly freeze (usually when I'm using the internet) and it shuts down when it goes into sleep mode. Both give me an Event 41 critical error in the Event viewer and from looking around the internet it seems its a pretty common thing with bad drivers. I've updated the drivers for:

MOBO, GPU, MOBO Sound, and the Blu-Ray Drive but I still have this problem.

Any advice?

EDIT: The CPU is running at a around 30 C and doesn't overheat when gaming and the GPU doesn't experience any problems either. The freezing only occurs when looking through files or browsing the internet. It seems some people have had problems with the P67 Sabertooth shutting down in sleep mode too.

I would apply the latest bios update. I'd also run ram diagnostics.

According to MSinfo I have version 1502 for my BIOS which is the latest drivers according to ASUS' website. The strange thing is my drivers say they were released in Feb. while the BIOS drivers on their website say they were released in March.

Yeah the memory came out fine. I found the problem after though. Turns out it was the drivers for my wireless adapter. I uninstalled them and used the drivers off their website and everything is running fine now.

The sleep mode shut down problem might still be around though. I turned off sleep mode for now and haven't had any problems.
