HP Scanjet 7400C
Hi Guys,
I have just upgraded from Win XP to Win 7. However, HP does not support my scanner(Scanjet 7400). Apparently, Win 7 has the drivers which was installed when I turned on the sanner. My question is, if I were to install a third party scanning program like OmniPage Professional 18, which is just being released, would it work with the drivers that was installed by Win 7, in other words could the Scanjet 7400C work with Win 7.

It should, as long as it shows up as an available source in the acquire selection. It should as long as it's a standard TWAIN driver. You can test this by using a small freeware image editor such as Irfanview.
