HELP! Windows 7 Wont load! (after deleting antivirus)

Hi, i just have this problem that came out of nowhere... i dont even know what i did or what happen. So basically I was playing this mmo game called lineage 2 and for me to play another server i need to just delete a folder called system and replace it with the new servers patch (system) to play... and here comes my problem:

The new server told me that I should disable my AntiVirus because it does not lets me download the patch(system), so did I. I wasnt sure how to disable my BitDefender but I just went to Conroll panel-->Unistall... and unistalled the antivirus. After it finished, it said that I had to restart to finish the job, as I restarted, my PC started, but right on the first second, a blackscreen came with a dash on top left corner and started to turn on and off.

It still is, and I dont know what to do. I tried to restart it but it still is like that! please help me as my test/exams are near and I have my pc like this.

Thanks.

PS: Sorry for my bad english, and mistakes.

Try pressing F8 right after turning on the PC. select, run last known good configuration.

Thanks for the replay, I will try it. Question, should I press F8 when I see on my screen says press F2 to up get in... Or after it?

I also want to mention that while bitDefender was unistalling, it turned off my firewall, so I just turn it on again. I don't know but it may be the reason why my pc is... Dead?

Again, sorry for my mistakes/ spelling , as I am writing it with my iPod.

I am back without any success. It's like my pc is under blue screen mode. Even tho you can still get your windows turn on, when your pc under blue screen, but I can't even get that! All I get is these 3 things:
1. turn on pc.
2. Option to press F2 to go in to bios setting.
3. After part 2 I get a black screen, which has a"-" turning on and off.

I can't get anything out of pressing F8 as wll.

Ok, I tried to press F12 but not the F8, so then I got a message about my system and at the end it said:
