Doc and Settings equivalent folder in Win7?

In XP there is the "Documents and Settings" folder and was wondering if Win7 has something equivalent. Reason for asking is that on the systems I work on, the firewire connected equipment stores the logs in the Doc and Settings folder on XP. The vendor has moved to Win7 and I could not find a place that has these logs.
