Vista start up issues

So, vista is having issues. Why, I'm stuck trying to figure out why it won't work right I don't know.
From what I know. -.-
It will not let the computer run, inless in safe mode. Every time she tries normal, it will not run. But in safe mode it will work. So... any clue on what to do, or other questions I need to ask to figure out what the real problem. She's really not my smartest aunt.

Alright. My aunt isn't very smart. I tried getting more details so I could come here and figure out what to do, so she'll stop bothering me about her computer issues. Because, "I'm really good with computers" Just because I can fix simple problems. Makes me laugh at times. Anyways, I'll try to get more details. Lets just hope it goes well this time.
