Need some help with BSOD
Hi, recently, I have been having some totally random BSOD. I got 7 in total since I first built my PC in late March. I didn't really pay much attention of it until today, because I got 2. One at around 1:30 AM and one just around half an hour ago. I don't have much knowledge in fixing computer, so any help will be appreciated.
Here's my specs: AMD Phenom II x6 3.6 Ghz MSI MS-7578 nVidia GTS 450 8 GB RAM I took a look at the mini dump, not really sure what's going on. But it seems that ntoskrnl.exe is always in there somewhere. I tried to look it up on google, I am not really having the issues that other people are having... I can start up and boot and do all that fine. It's just that I will randomly crash. Well, not totally randomly. This morning, I crashed playing League of Legend, and just now, i crashed playing Assassin's Creed. And it just usually all at a sudden, not signs or any warning. Last month, I was having problem with my graphics card, getting like weird stuffs on the screen and kinda crash out of the games. So I updated the driver, and everything is fine. Don't know if that is causing a problem. Here's the screenshot from the software I download to look at the error logs... ![]() I also attached the most recent minidump files. Thanks for reading. I would start by checking for video card driver updates, if you haven't done so already.
My next steps, if that didn't help, would be checking for chipset driver updates and then testing the ram.
