windows 7 64x
was on win 7 32x then i formated on to 64x but now my pc keeps crashing and not responding im not very computer liturate so go gently with me when explaining

You certainly aren't giving us much to go on - you may be better off taking it in to a technician if you aren't computer literate. You have to provide a lot more details than that for someone to even be able to GUESS where to start over the Internet.
