download problem
I have a Toshiba Satellite L355, Windows 7 , Home premium , Ver.6.1 service pack 1 build 7601. Pentium Dual cpu T3400 , 2.16 Ghz , bios INSYDE 2.20, Memory 3.0 Gb IE 8. Why cant I download Microsoft update -NET framework 4(KB2535523 ) I have tried at least 17 times and I get Download failed Code643 ! I have turned off Virus program and Firewall but still no dice !!!
