BOOTMGR is compressed!!!!

So i upgraded the RAM on my PC to 2Gb, when I booted it up, the screen said BOOTMGR is compressed ctrl+alt+delete to restart. When I do that it just goes back to the BOOtMGr is compressed screen. How do i fix this!? I dont have my windows 7 install disc.... Any suggestions.

You can't fix it without your Windows 7 install DVD.
