Coming out of sleep mode problems

Well, recently, when I put my PC in sleep, I seemingly can't wake it up. None of the input/output devices register anything, besides my mouse occasionally. Keep in mind this is only when I put my PC to sleep.
I recently started OC'ing my CPU as well. I dunno if that's the problem but it could be as it didn't happen before. It's at 4.2Ghz with a Hyper212+. Heres some screenshots of the temps while playing CoD4: 18535aecdae6856a9e79299b95c98f72.png
Edit: A friend told me its something in my BIOS... What option would that be? :<

Why are you putting it to sleep? Just turn it completely off, hibernate it, or leave it running.

Sleep mode can be glitchy on occasion. If you wish to conserve power, but save the state of your applications/windows, use hibernate.

I upload youtube videos so I need to leave it on overnight while uploading. Also there isn't a hibernate option.
Could you just help me fix the problem though? :S
My motherboard is an Asus P8P67
Edit: It's happening every time I leave it on sleep mode.

Unfortunately, when sleep mode starts acting up, there isn't really a good way to fix it. It tends to be a combination of any number of things including specific hardware, software, and configured options in windows.

To enable the hibernate feature:

Click Start button, then type "cmd" (without the quotes) in the search box.
Right click on the "Cmd" application that appears in the results, and click on "Run as Administrator". When the command prompt appears, type: powercfg -h on

After a reboot, the hibernate feature should be enabled.

Then, create a scheduled task using the task scheduler. Schedule the task where the trigger is idle and the action runs this command: shutdown /h

That should do the trick, though I haven't tested it myself. You may have to do some testing to get it to perform like you want.

If you need to upload all night, don't use any power management at ALL and simply turn the monitor off.

So just leave the computer on?
Edit: If this helps at all, when I turn the computer off, it turns on for a few seconds then turns on, then boots up again. Additionally, before the windows booting screen, there is a black screen with white text (but it disappears too fast to read it)

Yes. Set the power management to "never" for everything except the monitor - I set mine to turn off after 20 minutes.

I never shut off my PC. I do what GLC does. My monitor is set to turn off after 20 minutes but the PC runs 24/7. My PC has been up and running without a reboot for 6 days and 6 hours as of right now and it only rebooted 6 days ago to do updates. Before that it was up for 13 days after the previous update reboot. At idle the power consumption is negligible. Almost every component failure I have ever experienced has been during power-up. There is an argument to be made that leaving it on is better for it because as electronic components heat up when they're on and contract when they turn off solder joints can be damaged over time.
