W7B: Moving Default Folder Location

I'm having a Windows 7 Starterproblem. I cannot move the Default Folder Location from C:\ to D:\, as I cannot create a second profile.

All methods I can find in moving Default Folder Location to D:\ , involve copying and pasting Default folder to D:\, make a registry change, reboot. Then create a new profile, which will be on D:\. Not having much, I just deleted the original profile and get on.

With Windows 7 Starter, I cannot create a second User profile. So this method does not work. Any ideas of how to get it done?

Have you considered the Anytime Upgrade?

It's not mine. Doesn't need "upgrade"...I just want to move the default folders...
