You have malware, time to clean it. Have you checked for Malware? What Anti Virus are you running?
Not sure I understand #3. |

I have always used my printer wireless but since adding a password to my wireless signal it wont connect..i assume it cannot pick up the signal because its wep secure so how do i let the printer know the password so it can connect ? |

If the printer has a wireless print server, you have to dig out the manual and follow the procedure for connecting it to your secured network.

You need the Network Users Manual. You have to connect the printer to your router with an Ethernet cable to do the configuration. If your printer is near the router, I'd just use a cable instead of wireless anyway.

WOW !!! I called Brother, " yes sir we have FREE lifetime support on ALL our printers " 10 minutes later, no cables, no cd, just connected the printer to the laptop, ented some numbers she walked me thru....perfect !!! Both laptops print and my signal is password protected...
If i buy another printer i will be a Brother ! Never heard of anyone having lifetime support for FREE

You are going to need that lifetime support - Brother printers are not noted for their long-term reliability.
