Wireless Mouse and keyboard

I am running Windows 7 with a microsoft wireless Mouse and Keyboard 7000. I have been experiencing mouse hangups and characters not showing when typing. I did not have this problem with XPPro. Does anyone have any thoughts for me?
Thank You
Phil

I tried the site you had listed to download the driver. I cannot find a way to download the driver.
Thanks

keyboard Mouse

I went to microsoft page and found my keyboard and mouse. When I went to download drivers it said I already had the latest version.
So, I've synced and it says all is well. I have a USB that plugs into computer and that is the receiver? When I had XP I also had wireless but the USB was long enough to actually set under my Screen. This just plugs into computer. I had no problems till I went up in hardware and installed Windows 7. I bought a Logic Tech first and had same problems. I thought it was that so I went back to Microsoft and bought the new one. There has been no changes in my work space since running XP.
I will look on google as you suggested.
Thanks
Phil
