Dual boot 2000 or XP in Vista?
If thinking of buying a new laptop, but many no come with Vista and much of my software needs XP or W2K. Can I dual boot in Vista to run these programs or might they run in Vista?

Vista has a compatibility mode like XP but your should check the software makers site to see if there's any updates for Vista. Dual booting on a pc that already has Vista installed would be difficult since you need to install the oldest OS (Win2K) first, then add the newest.
