Speed up the start menu!
get bored of hanging about waiting for the start menu to expand out? I have just the thing for you

open regedit (Start>Run>Type 'regedit' with no quotes)

navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

In the right pane right click on 'MenuShowDelay' and click modify

set the value to anything you want, i have mine set to 1 but i must say its annoying if you want to open the control panel or something and accidentaly move the mouse over 'all programs'. I would say about 125 is a good number, not to fast/slow
