Tip of the day...sugestion
While this tip sugestion wouldn't probably help experenced photo editors...it may be usefull for some novices.
When making changes (enhancements) to a digital photos, before you start, make a copy of the original first. To do this "save as", and rename to another name. For example, if the photo is named "MyPic", then select "File", then "Save As", In the "file name" box, remane your photo to "MyPic1", hit "Save". Now you have two copies of "MyPic". Do your photo editing on the "MyPic1" file. Doing photo editing this way insures, that if your editing goes array, beyond recovery, you can always refer back to the original, and start over. I will also use this same numbering system to further edit my photos...next being "MyPic2"..."MyPic3"...and so on...thus saving my eidts as I go, in a numbered order. When I get that "Perfect" picture...simply go back and delete the others. |
