Installing Windows

Hey all,

Was playing around last night and found this little trick, don't know how many of you know it, but here it goes. When you use the win98 bootdisk to boot with cdrom support to install win98, your cdrom drive letter moves one letter (i.e. if it was d: now it's e: ). I've found that when installing the OS you don't need to remember this. Here's why: After you have booted with cdrom support and are back at the A: prompt, all you need to type is setup, then the cdrom will start up and the OS setup will start, no need to switch to your cdrom first (for ex. you don't need to type E:\setup or anything like that). I know the win98 cd is bootable, but thought I'd share this little trick anyway.
