There will be alternatives to MS, a company that I loath. I use Open Office and can open all MS documents that I have tried so far. If they do not have it now, they will. Should that fail, try saving the file in .ps (post script) then print it, or send it. It is a pain, and you get only text, but it will do in a pinch.
