ok i love to play online games but i cannot play during the day time at all i will constantly get "C_flush entity packets" and then eventually get timed out from servers it couldn't be my puter cuz at night time i won't get a single one i was wondering what could be causing this? solar flares lol

Before I got DSL and was using a 56k modem I used to get that error once in a while. I don't know the cause, but it's related to your connection to your ISP and the server you're playing on. Basically you prolly lag more during the day when traffic is higher. Lag causes the game to screw up. I'll try and find out more information for ya.

What game is it that you're getting this error in? I play CounterStrike and thats where I saw it. If it's CS that you're playing try checking out this site. It tells you how to tweak you're settings so you don't overload your comp using a slower connection.

I have played both Counterstrike and Firearms online... I have found from personal experience that lag is more of a factor in Firearms, I am not sure why, but this was my main reason for moving from firearms to Countertrike. Maybe I'll see you guys on some time...lol

Cl_FlushEntityPacket is another way of saying you have a really slowwwww connection. T ry this:

In the console which can be accessed by pressing ` (below esc) type:

cl_flushentitypacket

this should flush out all the c*** thats going on in your modem and the error should go away.

If not, get rid of aol
