Unhappy Starting again

After months of recurring glitches in Win98, I formatted the C drive intending to start again, but cannot get passed the start up disk in drive A.

Anyone have a guide for (a technical dyslexic) to restoring my PC to a functional rather than decorative box?

Thanks.

yes, I'm shure that we can, it would be a big help if you could give us a rundown of what all you have in your system, includeing the make of mother board and cpu, and other things, then we can walk you through it.

Step 27b should be what you want - but browse some of the other steps while you are at it.
