IE7 & Outlook / Outlook Express
If you have Internet Explorer 7 installed it can create an intermittent bug with printing HTML emails in Outlook and Outlook Express. Sometimes it will not print the headers (Name, From, Date, etc tags). Until Microsoft fixes it, a workaround that has worked for me and others:
Before printing the email, go to Page Setup > Memo and enter 0 for the top and bottom margins. You can also print it by converting it to text-only, but that is extremely tedious.
