To recap quickly, The Garage is both a physical space in Building 4 at our Redmond HQ, and a company wide program that encourages grass roots invention, tinkering, ideas and incubation of projects. In The Garage, Microsoft employees get together after hours to build whatever they dream up and the results are often impressive. 99.9% of the Garage projects either ship as part of a Microsoft project or remain internal, but every once in a while there’s a project that doesn’t fit into any existing Microsoft product which will get a lot of request from employees who want to be able to share it with their friends and families. In exceptions like this, the Garage community will rally together to and publish it as a standalone public download.

This App allows you to control up to four networked computers from One mouse and One keyboard.... You can't share monitors...

EXAMPLE: If you have a laptop sitting a few feet away where you can its monitor - you can drag or copy and paste files to it. You can do what ever you want to the lappy but you'd use you main desktop's mouse and keyboard.

Or you can reverse the process. If you're sitting at the lappy, you can control your desktop.

I haven't got this far yet - but if both machines use the same password to log in - you can type it once and both computers will bootup.
