Virus scan NTFS with F-Prot DOS
As the subject says, I've succeeded in virus scanning my XP NTFS drive with a F-Prot boot disk.
A utility call NTFSDOS is executed from the Autoexec.bat just before F-Prot is executed.

Even though NTFSDOS is a read-only program, I was able to run F-Prot from ramdrive as well as the hard drive.
There is a NTFSDOS Pro that is Windows based. But for my purposes NTFSDOS works just fine.

Download NTFSDOS v. 3.02 (Utilities section)
