Drag the My Computer Icon into the left side of the screen and release it. A new toolbar will appear , then right click an open area and select - Always on Top and Auto Hide.
You can add or remove items in the toolbar by Right Click.
Makes it fast and easy to get to Control Panel etc without having to minimize whe window or use Start Button.
When you want to see the toolbar. just move the cursor into the left side of the screen.

BTW, you can do this with any folder on your desktop.
I created a folder and put my HTML tools in it.
