MS Word Shortcut Keys

Here's a way to get a list of all the shortcut keys in MS Word:

1) Open a new MS Word Document.

2) Select TOOLS>MACRO>MACROS, or press ALT+F8 to open the macro list window.

3) In the "Macros In" box, select "Word Commands".

4) Scroll down the list of displayed Macros and select "LISTCOMMANDS", then click the RUN button.

5) In the box that pops up, select "ALL WORD COMMANDS" and click OK.

Voila, you have generated a list of all shortcut keys used in MS Word, including any that you have set up yourself.

HTH
