How do I get each window I open to come in at full size (not full screen). Somehow I've reverted back to windows opening about 2/3 size and it's irritating to have to maximize every single one. - As a cocidil and apology, I wouldn't bother you all if I hadn't already tried everything I know, searched the help menu, and asked friends.

Hi dazedandconfused,
Left click on the corner of the window and drag it to the size you want , then hold down the shift key and close the window. The next time you open it, it should open to the size you made it.

Hi dazedandconfused,
From the Desktop, right click on a program icon and choose Properties. In the properties box that pops up, click on the Shortcut tab and then in the Run: drop down menu, choose Maximized. Click Okay. This also works from the Start button. Just right click on the program icon and choose Properties. Follow the rest of the instructions from above. Cricket
