FYI Microsoft Replacement Phone Number
I just thought I would post the number for Micosoft Replacment parts, since it took me forever to obtain it. I had 2 different Microsoft employees send me to different dept. until I finally got the right one.

I called it for software, but I believe it is for any Microsoft product.
