Picture issues
How can I change a picture from bitmap to Jpeg? and the picture has a quicktime Icon how can I make it like my regular pics and just open in a browser or picture viewer

you can open the picture in a photo editing program such as photshop and just resave it as .jpg you can also do this in mspaint. as far as using something other than quicktime you can chage the file associations in the program you want to view them with such as the default viewer in windows.
