Can't open attachments

Need some help guys.
I accidentally changed something in outlook express and now I can't open any e-mail attachments.
There must be a simple fix for this but I can't seem to find it.

Thanks

JB

Try going to tools>Options than the security tab and see if the second little box down is checkes that says something about not allowing attachments to be opened that could potentially be avirus. Uncheck it if so and try that...Its not really a virus check it just blocks all attachments with certain file extensions, like .exe and such....

Go to tools/options/security uncheck the box with the info on the attachments. BE VERY CAREFULL. Make sure u kno who the attachments are from and what they are. Since you unchecked that box you are free to attachments that are viruses.
