Not too many posts happening around here, so I'll throw out this idea:
What are some of your best game cheats?

Does editing winmine.ini count?
It's fun as heck to edit winmine.ini on a friends computer when he's not looking, and give myself a beginner score of 7 seconds. Low enough to be impossible, just high enough for them to try to beat. I used to cheat allot in Heroes of Might and Magic 2, I had every code memorized. 5 black dragons- 32167, reveal map- 8675309, instant win- 911, instant loss- 1313 (I had no use for the last two) But way back before I had a computer, all I had was a Sega genesis with Sonic 2. After beating Sonic 2 enough, cheating is all you can do to remain entertained. If I remember correctly the level select was 19, 65, 9, 17. Then 4, 1, 2, 6, in the level select menu for Super sonic mode. And then there was the Debug code, but I can't remember that one. These days I just don't bother cheating at games. I don't know why. |
