Tweak UI was discontinued with Windows 98SE. That doesn't mean it won't work on 98, it just means that they weren't shipping it on the disk. I haven't tried the 98 version on ME yet. I would be skeptical about it working. Some of the functions may work though.

I'm using Windows ME and I installed Tweak UI 1.33, which is, I believe, the latest version of Tweak UI. It works with Windows 95, NT 4.0, Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows 2000 and Windows ME. So far, it seems to be working fine for me.
