two questions
How do I get rid of the popup window in Win98 that asks if I really want to delete this?
Isn't there some way when you create a shortcut to get rid of the 'Shortcut to' and just have it give the file name.

If you right click on recycle bin, hit properties, there should be something that will say confirm box, make sure that is not checked.
