Good stuff Rich. I did this from your suggestion on the PCMech Live show a couple of Wednesdays ago… I am going Monday for a second interview. I can do this in my sleep. if I get hired, they are going to be extremely happy. They will also pay for college if I decide to go.

Here is how the craiglist read… Individual would have 1-2 years of similar experience, GREAT phone communications with a positive attitude and great image. Further responsibilities could include…

Qualified candidate will install, configure and upgrade operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages; may modify specific applications for use in operational departments. Install, assemble and configure computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware; pull cables and rewire or direct the rewiring of cables as required for new installations and office reconfiguration.

Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems; make repairs and corrections where required. Act as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment and data and staffs a centralized help desk to facilitate exchange of information and advice. Will use work order tracking software to assist in problem resolution, tracking, trending and work order follow-up, and arrange for repair of equipment as required including warranty repairs. Must collaborate with all team members and staff to ensure effective problem resolution, attend meetings as required, stay current on technological advances, and perform other duties of a similar nature or level.

Sorry for the late response. :)

Yeah, it truly is easy. You don’t even have to be nervous on the interviews and the jobs are always available. And after a while you can easily “translate” when the job description means.
