Want To Contact A PCMech Premium Author Direct By E-Mail?

As one of the primary authors for the PCMech Premium system, I do my best to provide valuable useful information to the subscribers, and I’m going to do something here to provide some more human interaction with the audience:

Give you a direct e-mail address to me for your suggestions.

But before I give this out, yes I have rules:

  1. This is not for billing issues because I have nothing to do with that.  For that there is www.emailtodave.com.
  2. If you have a complaint about an article, the best thing you can do is suggest a follow-up article. This is useful to me because then I can write the follow-up article and address it, making it useful not only for you but for all members.
  3. If you have a tech support question, there’s PCMech Forums. That place is far and above much better for tech support because you have many people that will see your question, many who will respond and address your issue very quickly. The threaded environment of a forum serves to your advantage greatly in that respect.
  4. If you would like to see me live and in-the-face, I host a weekly show called PCMech LIVE. On that show I do answer tech support questions live. It is every Wednesday night from 8pm to 10pm EST. And yes, more shows will be coming in the future. Several PCMech Premium members have joined in on the show and have found it to be very helpful.
  5. Be nice. If all you do with your email is fly out insults, give ultimatums such as, “If you don’t do x, I’m canceling!” or the like, those type of emails are worthless because it gives me nothing on which to improve the content in the PCMech Premium system at all. When you write, think of it as if you’re writing for the community and not just yourself. When you do, everybody wins.

I will do my best to answer all emails that come in.

My email address is rich@pcmech.com.
