This is an update to this article with video: I mentioned in the video there was no apparent way to delete Custom Searches. This is incorrect. By sheer dumb luck I found the way to do it.
In Opera 10:
- Click Tools
- Click Preferences
- Click the Search tab
Your Custom Searches will be there, with the ones you added at the bottom of the list. From that point you can edit/delete whatever Custom Searches you saved prior.

Man, I am SO GLAD you ‘stumbled’ on the solution, buddy!
I was JUST about to tell you how when I decided to read the TEXT part of the ‘issue’… LOL!
Take care, and keep up the good work.
I WILL be keeping my PREMIUM account active, even though I only take advantage of about MAYBE 10% of the offerings… don’t ask.

The way Opera 10 does this is just a bit on the wonky side. But then again this is only because I don’t use it as my primary browser (other long-time Opera users would have found it very quickly.)
What I try to do is keep a potpourri of different subject material to keep as many bases covered as possible. If you get 10%, that’s better than 0%.
