Embrace The Power Of The M

A problem with today’s search engines is that all their home pages are chock full of JavaScript and other “goodness” that does nothing but irritate us, the users of these search engines.

Remember how great search engines used to be years ago when they didn’t have any of that crap and they delivered quick and fast search results?

You can have it again simply by embracing of the power of the M – meaning mobile.

No, I’m not telling you to throw you computer in the trash and use an iPhone for all your web surfing stuff.

But I am telling you that if you want to use a wickedly fast version of your preferred search engine, use the mobile version on your desktop.

Google: http://www.google.com/m

Bing: http://m.bing.com

Yahoo: http://m.yahoo.com

Each one of the above is, said honestly, a joy to use. Not only do they load at double (sometimes triple) the speed of the “consumer” version, but they all give you the exact same search results.

I suggest trying all three, and be sure to bookmark them. Since I started using the mobile versions, I’m completely hooked on them because they’re just so darned FAST.
