- Our company name is PC Media, Inc., so when you see anything on your billing statements with that company name, it is us.
Whether you paid via credit card or Paypal, it will show up on your statement as “PC Media, Inc.”. - In a minute, you’re going to get an email from our email list service (Aweber) asking you to confirm your subscription to our members-only email list. It is important that you confirm your subscription so that we can keep you informed on new content exclusive to members. Not to mention, we can exempt you from any promos we run to the mailing list.
- Your login will be your email address, and your password was auto-generated. You will be getting this email sent to you via email in just a few minutes.
- If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact the Support Desk. And if you have any questions about your account, visit the “Account” page inside the member portal and you’ll be directed to the proper channel.
